Madurai Kamaraj University Five Years Integrated Courses 2016-17

Applications are invited for admission to the following two Five year Integrated courses offered by the University for the academic year 2016-17
Integrated B.Tech-M.Tech (Film and Electronic Media Studies) (3+2 years)
Integrated BBA-MBA (Tourism and Hotel Management) (3+2 years)

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate who are undergoing the +2 or equivalent are eligible to apply for the Five year Integrated Courses

Five Year Integrated B.Tech-M.Tech (Film and Electronic Media Studies): Candidates should have passed in Higher Secondary Examination (10+2)/ Intermediate Examination or its Equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry

Five Year Integrated BBA-MBA (Tourism and Hotel Management): Candidates should have passed in Higher Secondary Examination (10+2)/Intermediate Examination or its Equivalent

Age Limit

The upper age limit for admission will be 21 years as on 01st July 2016
However, i) a relaxation of 5 years is permitted for Physically Handicapped and ii) a relaxation of 3 years is permitted for SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC candidates and female candidates beyond 21 years for the admission

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidate is based on the marks obtained in the +2 or equivalent examination; this University reserves the right to change the Selection Procedure

Reservation Policy

Tamilnadu Government Reservation Policy will be strictly followed for admission to these courses

Scholarships

The eligible candidates belonging to BC/MBC/SC/ST can apply for scholarship to the Govt. of Tamilnadu; and eligible blind candidates can apply for scholarship to the Govt. of Tamilnadu
